The objective of the consultancy to develop a Business and Operating Plan for guiding the establishment and operations of the Business Services Unit at SLCSI to increase service providers’ access to training and other business support services and generate revenue to improve SLCSI’s financial self-sustainability. The duration of the assignment is expected to be over a period of five (5) calendar months.
