CTEP targets the youth between 18 and 35 years of age. Eligible countries are Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Haiti, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
