The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Commission invites interested
eligible Consulting Firms to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for the provision of
consultancy services for the Audit of Financial Statements of the OECS Commission for
the years ending 30 June 2016, 30 June 2017 and 30 June 2018.
Consulting Firms wishing to submit technical and financial proposals should request the

The Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export), seeks a consultant to develop an institutional framework for the establishment of the Caribbean Business Council (CBC). Funded by the European Union as part of the 10th EDF Regional Private Sector Development Programme that the Agency is currently implementing, the purpose of this consultancy is to design a robust and sustainable CBC that will serve as the dynamic apex body of the private sector in the CARICOM, promoting regional private sector advocacy and fostering sustained economic growth and prosperity in the region.
Interested persons are kindly asked view the terms of reference and to submit proposals (technical and financial) that includes a scheduled timeline to complete together with suggested approach for establishing the CBC.
